After buying many crystals via Amazon i searched for a store where i could hand select my own to feel more connected to them. I love the setup and how every stone has its purpose on the display. The crystal guide brochure was sooooo helpful and even offered some zodiac based combinations. Convenient location with many other local stores and restaurants to peruse. Street parking was easy to find. Very pleased with my purchase. I do recommend you take pictures of the stones you pick with their display to help you with identifying them later if you’re a beginner like me.

5 /5 A: Huge variety of small to medium crystals, raw and polished. If there’s a crystal you can’t seem to find anywhere, they probably have it here. They had a tarot card reader when I visited on a weekend. I will definitely shop here again.

4 /5 Steven: A wonderful spot in downtown Geneva. The staff were friendly and I liked the variety of their merchandise as well as the layout of the store. They provided a gift box with the items. I wish theyd told me they left the price tags on though because I gave one gift with the tag attached to the back.

He is well behaved and a good fluffy boi. The jeweler was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. It’s quality stuff. 10/10 recommend.

chrissy: You guys realize this is Pandora not a high end jewelry store right? I went here earlier to exchange a charm that didn’t fit my grandmother’s bracelet I bought her around the holidays. I was told at Fox Valley location I could bring it as long as its still in good condition. I was in the area and thought why not just bring it here? I went here and was treated very rudely. The lady didn’t even look at the charm just said it was over 30 days…Obviously?? I just said I bought it around the holidays. She looked at me as if I were insane for bringing it. You work at Pandora. I would get off my high horse if I were you. It was just an overall weird experience. I brought it to different location and they actually helped me out instead of saying “oh well” and going about their day. Please hire people that know how to take care of people. Terrible customer service and this is coming from someone who’s in the service industry.
