Rock River Center - Oregon Rob Tinsman: Affordable venue and terrific service. We recently used the Rock River Center to have a celebration of life memorial.
From the first time, inquiring about the use of the facility and available dates, pricing, and what our options were – the experience was customer service at its finest.
Sue is the person who helped coordinate everything and she was accommodating, polite, resourceful, and flexible. During the actual event, she helped us with audio video, room setup, utensils, and so much more. She was available for absolutely anything we could have needed.
There are other places to rent space for events but for what you get, there is no better value in Oregon.
A special thank you to Jamie the executive Director. She helped us with some technical things over the phone while she was driving on her personal time on a Saturday evening. Where else are you going to get that kind of service?
I recommend Rock River Center for hosting your event. And that is just one of the things that this organization does. It’s a valuable resource for Ogle County and more people should know about it.
