Isaac was able to customize the engagement ring to exactly what we wanted and at an amazing price. Teri Guhl: Horrible experience. I have had this ring for almost two years but have been able to wear it just a matter of months. Within a month of receiving this ring the center stone came lose and was rattling around. We sent it in for repairs and had a nightmare experience with customer service. They kept blaming me when I have multiple gem stone rings that I wear daily that have no issues. The center stone has come loose at least three more times, we keep sending it back in for repairs and it takes months each time and sometimes isn’t even fixed. The center stone was set completely uneven twice, we sent it back in and it came back with the band shaped like an oval - I could barely even get it on my hand, sent it in again and it was broken within a few months again. Total nightmare. The center stone is loose again now and I’m done trying with Brilliant Earth. I will go to my local jeweler to see what they can do or have the center stone reset into a new ring. Horrible customer service. Will not give you your money back no matter what kind of nightmare they put you through.

Shaunah Smith: Buyer beware. Expensive-ish jewelry for poor quality and worse customer service. Bought an anklet here for my first purchase and within a month it snapped in half. Not from excessive force like they claimed. I stood up and there it laid on the floor. Submitted a warranty claim knowing it said they had a 2 year one. Apparently a piece of jewelry breaking for no reason within a month isn’t covered. So a loss of 278$ later and they didn’t even offer a refund or replacement. Will never be buying from here again. Go somewhere else for that cost and hopefully better quality
