    Sophia: I recently had a terrible experience with the staff at this club. The workers were extremely rude, especially one short Russian woman who works in the evening. At 9:10 PM, when the gym’s posted closing time on Google was 10 PM, she rudely asked and pointed, “Clock no work?” and aggressively told me to leave. I had no idea they were closing early, as no one informed me that it was time to go. Instead, the staff just left the building without a word. This was a very unpleasant experience, and the attitude of that particular employee needs to be addressed. The staff could certainly benefit from improving their professionalism and respectfulness. I honestly didn’t know they were closing early, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. This club is NOT worth your hard-earned money as the gym is run down and staff needs a revamp.

    Cindy Range: Just joined the gym last week. Clean, lots of equipment…especially cardio. Nice perks like a sauna, pool, walking track. Very happy here!

    Ed Gutee: Equipment is great except for some machines being inoperable. Also there is a basketball gym in the "community" center and is not open for the "community" hm.....

    Arthur Jones: Really good people. They all work hard too keep it clean for all of. Its only 2$ for the day. And it is so much better then the big gym where people just set and take pictures all day long. You can get in a great work out and play a little basketball and then go for a little run outside.     Firston Lastly: Constantly irritating gym experience. You are only allowed to be in the gym for one hour. Lack of equipment means you will have to wait for every machine. End result is using your one hour to get on 2 or 3 machines (if you are lucky.) Winter time, have to dress in extra winter gear. Additional pair of shoes is required to get in. You can not have a locker or bring a backpack. Make due with filthy milk crate. Staff communicate rules poorly, constantly adding new ones or changing old ones depending on their mood. Going to this gym is always a frustrating experience and the only other option is to not go at all.

Talking with Matt was a great blessing since I have several health conditions, and it gave me peace of mind knowing I can go at my own pace, according to my abilities, and that the workouts are tailored to me. I dont see Sweatshop as a gym; this place goes beyond that. Its personal training with trainers who motivate you to achieve your goal. Theyre like family. Thank you, Matt, Jim, and Lynn, for everything you do. Lets go for more!

    Nina Bye: Fit36 is the place to be! The workouts are challenging and change every 2 weeks. The trainers are all knowledgeable & very motivating. They work around injuries & everyone goes at their own pace/fitness level. The atmosphere is welcoming and not intimidating. This is my happy place!

    Isabel Knuteson: I loveeee Coach Q. He knows how to motivate you and I improved sooo quickly with him. He is by far the best trainer and person all around!! The workouts are really well formed making me work really hard and getting me motivated to get stronger and on top of that he is all the equipment you would need. definitely recommend quest!!

    Monica Jansen: BEYOND OBSESSED WITH HOTWORX!!! I’ve lost 27 pounds since joining on January 1st and my only regret has been that I didn’t join sooner. Love all the workouts! The Gurnee studio is always clean and pride of ownership shows. The staff is AMAZING and always so helpful. I always feel ready to take on my day after a workout. Finally a workout place I’ve joined that I’m sticking with and actually enjoy going to work out. ♥️
