    Kirk Zawrazky: Go to a bank that is customer friendly. Grundy Bank only cares about squeezing money out of you. They charge a "paper statement fee" of $3. Had this account for many years. Now suddenly there is an extra fee. I told them to email, because I didnt want electronic banking. Told me too bad, sign up for electronic banking. BTW, you have come in and sign up for electronic banking. So you want everyone to be electronic but I have to make a trip in. I tried to move money into a CD, again have to come in and do that. I didnt have activity on the account for a year, they charge an "dormant fee" of $5! I have a credit union account which is also "dormant" (savings account), they never change a fee rather they reward me with interest. I will be changing banks to one who appreciates loyalty.

    Luthien S: After the merge I cant log in even using their custom password instructions from email. I gave up after waiting on hold for two hours. Either they only have 3 employees, or 10,000 people are calling every minute. They need to hire more employees, clearly. I also called this branch several times and no answer. But you have to admit, listening to that repeated robot speech for two hours is really nice, (sarcasm). "the FAQ can answer most of your questions on our website". I wouldnt be on hold if the FAQ answered my issue. And by the way Old National: theres this thing known as "call-back" service, instead of making people wait on hold for an hour and a half.
