I pay monthly for roadside assistance and the first time I need a tow the so called "roadside assistance" people said they cant cover the tow (even tho its going 5 miles from my house) Id have to pay out of pocket and then contact my insurance and try to get reimbursed from them! So wtf am I paying an additional monthly charge for "roadside assistance" yes they have mileage limits but its literally right down the road!!
