5 /5 Alexander Goreham: My wife and I moved to this area and starting going to FTX. Right now I am working with Coach Jimmy. My wife is working with Coach Ashley for post-partum health, after giving birth a few months ago. This is such an awesome gym!!! I highly recommend this place. I really liked my old gym, but this one is only 3 minutes away from our home and I am so glad I found it. I have been working with coach Jimmy with personal training sessions and he is so talented and knows well how to create custom programs that are fun and challenging at the same time. He is by far my favorite trainer I have worked so far. Coach Ashley being trained and passionate about post-partum health is such an awesome benefit for my wife! Cant wait to the CrossFit classes when my schedule allows. Check this box out!!!

5 /5 Court A: Awesome gym! The coaches and other athletes are great. Completely positive atmosphere, doesnt matter your level, the coaches just want you to improve and be healthy. If your are looking for a gym to join you couldnt find a better place!

5 /5 Armando DeLaPaz: My 12 year old son doesnt like to do sport activities. I asked him to try a FTX Kids class. He has a hearing issue and I was worried about his ability to keep up with the class. He was giving the right amount attention to not only keep up, but have fun. It seemed to me that every kid in the class was enjoying the activities. The instructor was patient and made sure everyone was participating. My son enjoyed the hour class and wants to go back.

The Warehouse Gym - Carol Stream

Haris Veljacic: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Greg is a stand up guy and really knows how to make a gym that stands out. He is both a personal trainer and the gyms owner. It is a very welcoming environment since everyone is friendly; but also can be one of the most hard core gyms at the same time. It’s all about what you make it. Just respect the gym and the simple rules and you will have a great workout. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area. It may not be the biggest gym, but the perks of coming in 24/7, not being too busy, drinks/ shakes to buy, and being able to to play your music at your volume make it stand out far above any other gym. Check it out for yourself, Greg will let you have a trial day.

Essencia Vitalis - Wheaton

Janet Penley: Essencia is a warm, friendly, inviting yoga studio with excellent teachers. Jeannine Clinton is a gifted leader who strives to both create community and give each student individual attention. In addition to a variety of classes - hot, not-hot, flow, foundations, hatha, yin, restorative, aerial, meditation and movement - there is a book group and periodic programs to boost self-awareness. The yoga studio offers Halo Therapy in a beautiful salt room to facilitate wellness which I have experienced as peaceful and restful. The studio is growing and has big plans for the future to become a total wellness center. Ive been a member for several months and I highly recommend it.

StretchLab - Wheaton

Marie Pabst: Wish I could give 10! Started with significant back, hip and foot pain. I am almost completely healed and have ideas on how to maintain my health. My favorites are Mike B, Darren, and Elise D. Really, you cannot go wrong with anyone, but these three really get what I needed. Awesome place and cant recommend enough!

Functional Fitness of DuPage - Carol Stream

Brad Bowers: I love everything about Functional Fitness of DuPage. For the past 4 months, Ive worked with Tanner on overall wellness coaching and personal training. Its funny as I came in with what I thought was a basic understanding of fitness, and I have since realized how much I actually didnt know. Tanner really built me a personalized plan based on my goals of balancing strength and flexibility; and also helped me think about my overall health beyond just at the gym. 100% recommend for anyone at all levels of fitness!

Eden Parker: H4 is the best gym a person could ask for. The trainers are kind, understanding, and intense enough to push you to your potential. They are superbly accommodating snd can give you a fantastic full body workout regardless of your injuries. You will always feel better in body and spirit after leaving H4 than when you came.

Sarah: I just had to give some feedback after this morning’s Strength+ class with Megan F. It was THE BEST WORKOUT! I just love her positivity in each class, as well as how hard she pushes us. I know I may not appear to appreciate it in the moment - ha ha - but afterwards, the high from the tough workout lasts all day long. She genuinely cares about each person in her class getting the most out of it. She is always pushing us to lift more, but in a supportive way. Today, specifically, she got me when after using 25’s (my heaviest) for my deadlifts, she convinced me to keep the heavies in my hands for the next movement, when normally I would have gone down to a lighter weight. It was tough, but so worth it. I have been taking her strength+ class almost every week since July and I still look forward to each one! Also - the music is top notch!

Central Park Athletic Club - Lisle

J Valadez: Was visiting in town, they were able to accommodate a day pass for me. It is a very clean gym, has everything you need dumbbells up to 125, plenty of benches and equipment in addition to stretching and endurance training areas. Staff and the owner were very friendly, If I lived here I would roll here to lift!

Club Pilates - Wheaton

Rita Hansen: Carmella, the lead instructor at this Club Pilates location, is the best! She is knowledgeable, encouraging, enthusiastic, and even entertaining at times. Chandler, the manager, has created an inviting, friendly atmosphere throughout the club. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates, I highly recommend this studio.

Planet Fitness - Carol Stream

Aleksandar Krstic: Planet fitness is a decent gym for anyone. They keep up with their cleaning and new machines. They also change up location of machines to make more space which is what i love. Staff here is very friendly

Garrett Fitz-Gerald: Very convenient, mostly clean! My main concerns are that many machines have missing/no labels on the weights and many machines have old rubber handles that seem to be melting sticky stuff all over.
