Tom did a beautiful job on the ring, its fits perfectly, and I’ve never seen this ring shine like it does now! So special to have this piece of grandma with me all the time now. I will absolutely be back for any other jewelry needs.

Tom is an amazing artist and the ring turned out better than I could have asked for. Needless to say my fiancee was speechless. Shes constantly getting compliments for the detail and originality. Dirk was also very reasonable and I saved a considerable amount for higher quality materials and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be returning soon for our custom wedding bands.

5 /5 Kristiana Burlini: Stopped in to have one of my rings cleaned today. It was my mom’s from the 90s and probably had never been cleaned. The jeweler cleaned and polished my ring while I waited. It has never looked better. Kind and quick service, I will be back for my other jewelry needs!

Aspen Bridges: The woman working was acting rude when i first went in, then when I went to leave after just browsing with some friends, I was asked to show the woman working where I had placed the any of the jewelry I was looking at or picked up. Never had a problem with this store until then, definitely will no longer be returning due the the ridiculous behavior.

Chloe: Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Brandon Ballard: Wonderful little jewelry sales and repair. They have techs on site. Its not a large store, but it has a great collection of jewelry. And the staff are very very pleasant. It is like walking in to see family in the jewelry business. I had them fix my wifes ring and they were able to fit it in and get it done before Valentines day. And the repair is phenomenal. Ill definitely be back here first when in the market for anything new or for repairs. Highly highly recommend
