1 /5 Lisa Mcbain: The worst customer service ive ever had. They will cancel your policy on the day it’s due and not even send a reminder and then charge you over $60 to restart you insurance. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And then try to say it’s not their fault it’s the actual company’s fault even though you pay through them. Terrible company. Terrible people. I would not recommend them.

1 /5 K: Id give them 0 stars if it was possible. The secretary is so lazy she puts you on hold for a long time hoping you hang up then she hangs up on you if stay on the line. Worst customer service in the business get the trash employees out of there before they run you out of business. Definitely going somewhere else for my insurance now.
