New primary accountant is rude and disorganized, and they "misplaced" the information I sent them for last years taxes..which is fascinating since I was able to resend them the actual email.
Owner has stopped caring about his customers and avoids talking to them. When last years mismanagement of my tax filing happened at the very last minute, the owner refused to respond to emails or accept a phone call.
My new tax provider quickly found several mistakes on their part and missed opportunities for tax savings in my last two returns. The owner has also apparently moved out of state and is not around to actually manage his business and staff.
Definitely find anyone else to do your taxes.
