5 /5 Richard Coleman: I called WFA to see if they could help me with financial planning and was connected with Martin. I described my history and current circumstances and goals during which Martin asked quite a few questions. He then made some very specific recommendations and answered my questions in turn. I then asked if WFA offered any services that I should sign up for and, to my surprise, Martin said he didnt think I needed their help at this time but that I could call again if something changed. I offered to pay for his time but he declined that as well. The entire experience was so friendly and helpful!
