The sales people were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push something more on me. They showed me different options and were able to give me the exact band that I wanted within 30 minutes. I have bigger fingers so needed a size than they had in the store but went to their sister store upstairs and got what I needed. A fair price and great service. There were several other people in there bringing jewelry to be fixed or customized so even as an out of town person I can tell it’s a respected business. Highly recommend.

Teri Guhl: Horrible experience. I have had this ring for almost two years but have been able to wear it just a matter of months. Within a month of receiving this ring the center stone came lose and was rattling around. We sent it in for repairs and had a nightmare experience with customer service. They kept blaming me when I have multiple gem stone rings that I wear daily that have no issues. The center stone has come loose at least three more times, we keep sending it back in for repairs and it takes months each time and sometimes isn’t even fixed. The center stone was set completely uneven twice, we sent it back in and it came back with the band shaped like an oval - I could barely even get it on my hand, sent it in again and it was broken within a few months again. Total nightmare. The center stone is loose again now and I’m done trying with Brilliant Earth. I will go to my local jeweler to see what they can do or have the center stone reset into a new ring. Horrible customer service. Will not give you your money back no matter what kind of nightmare they put you through.
