Kelli Storm I recently went shopping with my sister at Vaughn Garouche and I must say I was beyond impressed. First, it was like stepping into Italy , the fashion Mecca. The clothes/fashion are couture items, very unique with an Italian flare. Secondly, the owners are so friendly, I immediately felt like family. They made our shopping experience very fun and memorable. Thirdly, there are items for everyone for any look. They have casual, dress up, and vacation styles to pick from!! My sister who is from out of town was like I could have a serious shopping addiction if I lived there!! I will definitely be a repeat, loyal customer and highly recommend shopping there for the experience and for the exquisite clothes, accessories, and jewelry.

Chloe Barradon-Bryant I’ve been in a handful of times to get permanent jewellery and it’s been delightful. Ella is the best, she’s so patient, kind, and very helpful ! I have been working with them for a little over a year now, and there’s no other place I’d rather go to. I definitely recommend especially if you are obsessed with gold. Kiran Prakash I could not be more happier with the overall experience that I personally had with Sonit Fine Jewelry (SFJ). I bought the diamond ring that I proposed with to my now wife on Valentines day last year. This review is about a year overdue, but let me tell you. I initially started my diamond ring hunt at the end of 2020. Since it was during the peak of pandemic and with all the travel restrictions going in-person to stores were not an option. So, I searched tons of jewelers on the internet and I finally learnt about SFJ through a friends recommendation. I was surprised to know the amount of diamond ring designs and collections they have, in comparison to other big jewelry brands. Their customer reps are very knowledgeable. They are one of the best jewelers that I have come across. He answered every questions that I had over a video conference call. They can pretty much explain the whole end-to-end process right from sourcing the diamond to getting the right insurance after the purchase. They listened to my requirements patiently and recommended the best design and quality of the diamond stone that suited my needed. They also provided me with tons of high resolution images of the sample designs that helped me choose the ring and the diamond. The best part at SFJ is is the custom engraving. They were able to do the engraving on the tiny ring in a language that I needed (Kannada) which no other jeweler was capable of doing in the time frame I had. They worked very respectfully to only show options of the ring and the diamond stone within the budget I gave initially. I am convinced that they could have showed me the ring 10 times the price outside my budget, and I would still choose mine because it is that perfect. The overall process was done in two weeks after confirming the order. Once the order was placed, I was constantly updated about the making process how far they are from shipping. The delivery was an overnight shipment from Chicago to California with a special message. And on the day I proposed, he even checked with me to make sure my now wife liked it. Thanks to SFJ for making our life changing event so special. I would definitely recommend Sonit Fine Jewelry. Updated: My wife surprised me with a ruby stone ring from SFJ for me this year 2022 Valentines day! Extra five more stars!!

Teri Guhl Horrible experience. I have had this ring for almost two years but have been able to wear it just a matter of months. Within a month of receiving this ring the center stone came lose and was rattling around. We sent it in for repairs and had a nightmare experience with customer service. They kept blaming me when I have multiple gem stone rings that I wear daily that have no issues. The center stone has come loose at least three more times, we keep sending it back in for repairs and it takes months each time and sometimes isn’t even fixed. The center stone was set completely uneven twice, we sent it back in and it came back with the band shaped like an oval - I could barely even get it on my hand, sent it in again and it was broken within a few months again. Total nightmare. The center stone is loose again now and I’m done trying with Brilliant Earth. I will go to my local jeweler to see what they can do or have the center stone reset into a new ring. Horrible customer service. Will not give you your money back no matter what kind of nightmare they put you through.

Michael Roos 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!

We were able to engage with them over the phone few days in advance and select which type that we need and were able to pay advance to lock in the price. Sijin, Farha, and Fariha, are so awesome they took care of us while we were at the shop.
