Raksheen: I had a such a lovely experience finding this jewelry store in Chicago. This is a historic shop, and I believe is one of the first jewelry stores in Chicago! The owner, Craig, was such a pleasure to talk to. His grand started this store in the 1899. He is one of the rare jewelers that spends time talking to you about your needs and helps you find a piece that fits your budget and interests. He has so many unique pieces, and even more in the back. For someone who was visiting and had a very low budget (for real jewelry), he was able to provide me with so many options. He also gave me so much knowledge. I love looking at jewelry, and there is so much vintage designer jewelry as well. The prices here are pretty good!

The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.

Adornment and Theory - Chicago

Jason Krischke: Worked with Madison and the team at Adornment & Theory to build out a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. They were fantastic from start to finish, with a great detailed and iterative approach, giving us sketches, a CAD design, and ultimately the completed ring. They were great allowing me to provide my own diamond, customizing the design, and even accommodating some awesome personal touches (embedded stones inside the band). We’re working with them now on wedding bands, and having a similarly awesome experience. Great local business to support, can’t recommend them enough. Thanks so much!
