I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.

They were fantastic from start to finish, with a great detailed and iterative approach, giving us sketches, a CAD design, and ultimately the completed ring. They were great allowing me to provide my own diamond, customizing the design, and even accommodating some awesome personal touches (embedded stones inside the band). We’re working with them now on wedding bands, and having a similarly awesome experience. Great local business to support, can’t recommend them enough. Thanks so much!

They took a lot of time inspecting both rings stones and documenting the inspection before they even would accept the rings to work on them. They even showed me that one of the tiny diamonds in my wifes halo was not a real diamond. I was impressed with their inspection. I got a call from them after 24hrs telling me that the rings were ready for pickup! The rings look like they are brand new and my wife is super happy! Besides jewelry repair, they had a great selection of jewelry that caught my eye!
