Every time I visit the branch, Im met with prompt service and a warm welcome. One small improvement I’d love to see is the addition of an ATM at their downtown location. It would be incredibly convenient for quick deposits or cash withdrawals without having to go inside or visit another branch. Overall, I highly recommend Midland States Bank if youre looking for a local bank that still delivers personal, reliable service.

Couldnt/didnt wanna tell me why I was denied i was in the middle of asking a question And the lady spoke over me saying "thanks for applying" and just hung up.
