I called Monday and I was told that my coins were not in, but they were ordered and would be there soon. Today when I go in to pickup my coins, not only Doha’s they not ordered any, but the worker who orders money said she had not ever received the request, but they can’t order me money regularly. What kind of do coal institution can’t order money? If your reading this and value customer service, and actual banking services, I would suggest using another bank.
