    Nicolaides blade works: My wife has had nothing but issues with these people. When we got married we physically walked into the office and sat down with them . Michell changed her beneficiary on her life insurance from her ex to me.... two years later we discovered her ex husband was still freaking listed as beneficiary. So if she had died in that time, he would have gotten the money and her kids would have seen squat, while I would have been left covering her funeral. Then , more recently, we sold our old car and bought our sons truck from him. Our son bought his own car and got his own insurance elsewhere... yet we are still paying more for one vehicle than we did for both when we had them . Weve tried contacting the agent multiple times, and the receptionist tells us hes not in but hell call us back.... NEVER ONCE has he called back . We have every intention of taking our business to the vandalia office, and if service doesnt drastically improve, we will go with a whole new company!!!
