Leezer Agency Inc - Toulon Cathy Fitzgerald: I consider myself a very patient person. I went into Leezers Ins Agency in Toulon, looking for a quote on auto ins. I was told the lady was on vacation and would be back that following Thursday. I waited. Waited a week, then waited another week before I called them. Said I stopped in there looking for a quote. (I failed to mention, I gave all my information including Vin number at my first visit to the office). She asked me for all my info again. I asked if I could get a quote with and without roadside assistance. The response was..."I suppose " I said please do. I hung up and waited another 2 weeks. Nothing. No call back, no letter, no email, no text. Nothing. Now my question is if it takes over a month to get a quote, (which I never did get) how long would it take to process a claim if I needed to make one??? The gentleman I live with and myself wanted to join policies because we all know about multi vehicle discounts. I give 1 star because they gave zero customer service whatsoever, and a major lack of taking care of the existing customers they (USED) to have. Thank you Cover Ins in Toulon for having our back and getting us not only a quote, but a new policy in less than 2 hours. Cover Ins wrote up a policy for both vehicles at full coverage for 40 dollars less per month than Leezers charged for 1 vehicle. Leezers clearly doesnt make their customers a priority.
