1 /5 Gary Beegle: Second time to this location. The first time my son didnt bring his wallet but the teller told him to bring his wallet and they would set him up, using me as his cosigner. Well we got his wallet and returned. Well this time they said he couldnt get a debit card even if I cosigner. I told them I would I would open the account and he could just use the card. Well the teller screamed "YOU CANT DO THAT!!!!!!". I told them I let my kids use my card when ever they need it. The other tellers crowded around while our teller told us we could do that, against the law. I left there very dissatisfied on the quality of the service and the knowledge of the personnel. I left there and went to another credit union and they took care of my sons needs

Lionel Watson: Once again, if I was able to give zero stars, I would to the Midland Bank branch in Kankakee, Illinois located behind the library I feel I was profiled judged in so much more just because I was trying to clear out my account and withdraw my funds which was a larger amount the bank flat out told me they don’t have that amount in their bank and they tried to call another location to see if they had it this before things went bad once they called the other location. They realize that I made a similar withdrawal earlier because I was trying to close out my accounts with them because I don’t like their business and they kept refusing to give me my money asking me how why what I needed for the lady told me I just withdraw it so what do I need this much money for is by law that they ask so forth and so on I got angry. I left out of the business but returned a few minutes later spoke to another customer service rep or tell her whatever you wanna call them gave her a fresh attitude fresh everything and I asked what is the largest amount that you guys will allow me to withdraw today or is this branch is able to allow a person to withdraw she told me 3k in 20’s I said OK but I never heard of that. She replied well you just made a similar withdrawal earlier, which has nothing to do with anything so with that being said, I’ll refer or prefer no one use this bank for their business.

Andrew Pasko: I asked to send USD cash to a bank in Mexico. They provided a list of banks I could send money to. I selected one of the banks on the list and sent money to my friend. They said the money would be available in their account in 10 minutes and they charged me $10 to send the money. Days later the money still hadnt arrived. I called their support number and it turns out what they sold me is a Moneygram transfer that can only be picked up at a Moneygram location. They provided a different service than what they told me they were giving me. They said it would go directly into the recipients bank account and it did not. It turns out that to make it deposit into my friends bank would cost more because the receiving bank will charge a transaction fee. Doing the "Moneygram transfer" is the cheaper way to send money. All of the advertised prices in the attached picture are for money order services, not the "Moneygram transfer" which is a different type of order. Changed from 1 of 5 stars to 4 of 5 stars because the business owner explained how the transfers work.

Dayana Peck: Unprofessional and Rude Staff – Avoid This Company I had a very disappointing experience with this loan company. The employee I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and outright rude. From the start, they were dismissive, impatient, and acted like my questions were an inconvenience. Instead of helping me understand the terms, they rushed through everything and gave me attitude when I asked for clarification. Customer service is a key part of any financial transaction, and this company clearly doesnt care about how they treat people. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your loan needs.
