The staff has been friendly and helpful—especially when it comes to authenticating items I’ve brought in. Their pricing is competitive and in line with both online platforms and other local dealers. While I haven’t sold anything or inquired about selling, the buying side of the experience has always been smooth and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

1 /5 Nathan Barber: Terrible customer service "Andres" is the biggest POS Ive ever met in my life said he didnt know me so he wouldnt sell to me even though Im a dealer and I own two pawn shops in the area refuse to call his boss if I was in charge of that guy he would no longer be an employee of mine. REPLY TO THEIR RESPONS- if thats what your employee told you than yet another reason for him to be let go. Please review your cameras! That was never stated and was definitely not the reason he refused to do business, also Im well aware of that rule all Stones had been removed!

2 /5 Matt Ryan: I just can’t build a relationship with this business. Too much turnover on employees and silver inventory is severely lacking. I’m having much better luck and way more fun buying online and making connections nationwide that actually care. I’d like to have a solid, local brick and mortar connection but after 7 months of trying I give up on these guys. I’ll check other precious metal dealers in the wider vicinity but this place is just not cutting it.
