U.S. Bank Branch - Benton Douglas Dorris: Tried to call to get simple information on making a wire transfer, and the recorded phone tree is almost impossible to navigate through in order to talk to a human. The computer insisted three times that I provide an account number or social security number before transferring me (I am not an established customer). And, the wait was about 15 minutes. Not a conducive business model. I assume this is not the choice of the local branch, but upper management should be made aware of this inconvenience.
