5 /5 B Wanland: Great hometown place and feel. I just wish they had more funding and donations to really bring this place up to speed. This place has history and use to be the spot to be with the different kinds of classes and sports and you name it. But in its defense the building was built in 1967. She just needs some funds and some elbow grease and this could be the spot to be once again.

2 /5 Cindy Bartelt: Really time for a bit of remodeling and a change to the pool hours for adults. Everything regarding the pool is geared towards kids or the swim team leaving very little or time that is not convenient for the adults to use the swim facilities. I appreciate that a new AC was installed this summer and some new equipment has been installed in the work out room but more needs to be done. Funding is obviously an issue, maybe some funding raising can be done to make some much needed changes.

3 /5 Brandon Mcmillan: Some of the staff are very nice others not so much. Building definitely needs some maintenance. Bathrooms are disgusting and always smell like urine Shane is one of the most helpful people there.

5 /5 A Josephine (MsFitchy): Went for free swim today with my two daughters, ages 6 and 8. The pool was a perfect temp, and there were plenty of pool noodles and kick boards for everyone to use. The lifeguard on duty today was a sweetheart and she answered all my kids questions with a smile.

After leaving the area and trying to cancel my membership was a disaster, you can’t just call and cancel your membership you have to send in a cancellation form. I have mailed 2 cancellations forms and still being charged for a membership I tried to cancel over 18 months ago.

Dr Randall Heskett: This place has the best staff, incredible People working out there, and state of the art equipment. They have many teaching rooms, A room with excellent sports performance equipment, a fantastic cardio section, an incredibly diverse series of weight machines, and excellent free weights. The new powerlifting room will be beyond excellent. Every time I come to Sterling I go here. It is nice to have such excellent leader ship there at everyone’s service. This gym is the bomb.

Courtney B: Nice gym, but I would love if the parking in back was accessible! Theres a back door and a camera on it, so Im not sure the reasoning behind it. I usually would go after work, but there is no parking anywhere. I have had to park all the way by the high rise before, and while I get it, Im going there to exercise so a walk doesnt do any harm, it would still be nice if the back door was operable.

She has helped me modify some of the exercises to help with my bad knees. She gives you little tips on eating the right foods. The gym is a fantastic place to go and get your workout done.
