J B Great service. We recently moved to the area from out of state. My husband’s truck needed an oil change and this business was down the road from my daughter’s job. I was a little hesitant just from anxiety with unfamiliar places. Mostly parking with his giant truck. Google maps helped me realize the entrance to the bays were behind the store so taking a back route would be perfect for getting in. The guys lift the bay doors and direct you into the area. They check your lights upon entrance, your mileage, and ask what services you want. Then tell you what comes with your oil change you select and what they could offer if you wanted it. At no time did they try to over sell me or make me feel incompetent. I could change the oil my self but i don’t like too. So the fact they made me feel human instead of less than as woman speaks volumes. Some service company’s try to scare sell services. I do all the maintenance on our cars so i appreciate they don’t do that here. I know what’s needed and not. The guys were very nice and kind so i recommend them. Facility was also well kept in the bays. I didn’t go inside the seating area.

Elizabeth Cunningham I cost almost $100 for an oil change on my Elantra, but they were speedy. They said the cost was because it required synthetic oil.

randy potts He said could flush out and recoat the inside of Harley tanks and would be careful of the paint after 10 weeks and phone calls I went to pick them up he scratched chipped and destroyed the paint, broke off a fuel line cross over never coated the inside and never said sorry or apologized, dont ever go to shop.

Donna Johnson Very bad business. Sold my daughter a bad car. 2 days after purchasing it. Check engine light on. Took it back. They erased the codes. And said it was no issue. 3 days later my daughter drove it to work. Broke down on the highway. Engine stopped. Had it towed to a shop. Catalytic converter had been altered and engine bad. I called and they said they would not help us. So basically we thru $7000 dollars in the garbage for a week. Who has that kind of money to thro down the drain. All my daughter s life savings. The mechanic we took it to At a Kia dealership Stated they knew it was a lemon. I wouldnt trust buying ANYTHING from this shade tree lot!!!

Danny Sauer I have rebuilt my own transmissions, but wanted the convenience of having someone else take care of this one for me. I provided specifications for how id be using this auto trans (a TH400) in person, and the work was done up to my standards (in other words, it was perfect) at a fair price in a reasonable period of time. The guy who did the work was very knowledgeable about the transmission, and his suggestions were solid. I pulled the pan off when I got it back in order to paint it, and the work inside matched what was promised. Its been a few years, and the transmission is still working as expected despite "a bit" of abuse. I rarely use mechanics, because they almost never do work the way Id do it on my own car. Transmission shops are often especially sketchy, since people think transmissions are magic. Performance Transmissions is the rare exception who does honest, fantastic work, and Id consequently have zero reservations about suggesting them to anyone.

Aaron Guski These guys are top notch. I dropped my driveshaft while on the power tour this year in St. Louis. I had it hauled to them that evening 140 miles. Bob and his father had me on the road early the next morning and back on the tour. They went far above and beyond considering I had never done business with them prior to this. His pricing was beyond fair and quality of work was phenomenal. You can obviously tell by the quality of materials and projects in his shop that they are reputable. You only pay for quality once. I will be hauling my car 9 hours to him to have him complete some custom driveline work for me over the fall. I will be passing through many other large cities and very reputable shops. Chelsie Leffelman Rick is amazing with the work that he does. Twice he has done a beautiful job to two of my vehicles. His prices are the lowest you will find anywhere. One place quoted me close to $1,000 for a job that Rick did for under $300. Even more important, he cares about his customers. He cares so much, that for the second vehicle, I drove over 45 minutes one way to have my car fixed by him, since I had moved to a new town.

AngelV23 June 24: I was charged almost $1,000 to get my Emergency brake fixed and it still not working, this is very dangerous specially because they said it was fixed. I’ll drop the truck tomorrow and I expect them to fix it, for now I’ll leave this review and may change if they are responsible to complete this job correctly. Pdta: It works on reverse but not forward June 26: I went yesterday and day fixed everything in lest than 20min, they did a great job on my ac and E-Brakes. Definitely recommend them and will come back

Macks Lawn Care Crew LLC I came to shop with some brand new 24 in lexani rims. I told them I had a problem with other people with my new rims and them not putting them on right or not knowing what theyre doing. They told me that my rims were a liability because their machine is raggedy and old and it might mess up my rims. Not very good communication they were in the back talking about me because I told them I sue people that dont do the right thing so they said my rims were a liability and their machine was too raggedy to put them on so they didnt want to mess them up. Ive been messing with Walker tires he puts on any size tires for me on any size rims I even had them put on 28-in ruchis for me those were $9,000 a set without the tires. I just think these guys dont know what theyre doing. I was asking a lot of the guys in the back that were doing the tires have you went to school to do this because you need to take a course to take off tires. Is a certificate you need to take off tires you need to take classes. No one there has took any kind of classes to do tires. So theyre just back there free-handed and learning on your tires so watch out about getting on the highway after getting new tires put on there because they said they dont know what theyre doing. I advise you to go somewhere that they know what theyre doing.

Shawn Christopher When I was coming back from Chicago, I noticed someone or something had scratched up my Equinox pretty bad, so I decided to take it here. When I tell you the work and customer service is TOP TIER, I mean it!! And they sell my car across the street if you want to buy it too! Im happy my 24 Equinox is back in good shape again, I love this car and was impressed in the turnaround time to get it back. I will make sure to have all my body work done here in the future!
