5 /5 Zach Ferguson: Took my car here for a sound 2 other shops couldnt figure out they had diagnostics and parts on the way fast only issue I had was parts took forever but not there fault shipping sucked. The tech also took me in a ride in my car to make sure it was the sound I was talking about. I also noticed they drove my car 20 miles so I can assume that was lots of testing and figuring out. Plus friendly people had phone calls almost every day as a update so was a very nice experience. Also $200 under what that told me it would be

5 /5 dragindart: I had to have an exterior door handle replaced and the tires balanced. As usual, they took good care of me. Gave me a loner to use. My estimate was right on the money. My vehicle was ready when promised. All the work was done properly. Douglas service and parts departments are top notch. Recommended highly.

deanna bainter: I can’t say enough about Bob, Tyler, and Chip. We’re on our way south and one of our tires showed that it was leaking air. We googled tire repair and we were near Tuscola Illinois so we drove to Bob‘s tire service. It was late in the afternoon so we had to wait till the next morning to get a tire. Bob took really good care of us and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Bob had our car ready to go by 815 the next morning. Bob went out of his way to help us. He found a matching tire for us and Chip and Tyler Put the new tire on and checked all our other tires to be sure they were good to go. I highly recommend Bob’s Super Services! By the way, his business is right next to The dollar store in Tuscola, Illinois.
