5 /5 deanna bainter: I can’t say enough about Bob, Tyler, and Chip. We’re on our way south and one of our tires showed that it was leaking air. We googled tire repair and we were near Tuscola Illinois so we drove to Bob‘s tire service. It was late in the afternoon so we had to wait till the next morning to get a tire. Bob took really good care of us and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Bob had our car ready to go by 815 the next morning. Bob went out of his way to help us. He found a matching tire for us and Chip and Tyler Put the new tire on and checked all our other tires to be sure they were good to go. I highly recommend Bob’s Super Services! By the way, his business is right next to The dollar store in Tuscola, Illinois.

5 /5 Daniel Scheppner: Bobs super service saved the day. We were on our way to a wedding when the engine stalled on the highway. I called AAA for a tow and Nick was dispatched and had us on our way to a dealer within 30 minutes. Because of the great service we were still able to make the wedding. The driver was great and he gave us information on amenities in town. Thank you for saving the day!

5 /5 Chad Sprinkles: Found a bolt in my tire while out of town. I called Bob and he said he could get me in immediately. I walked in the door at 10:15 and by 10:30, my tire was fixed and I was on the road. Great service and fair pricing!

1 /5 william murphy: Sent my sister here to get 2 front tires put on. About 3 days later I noticed she was missing a lug nut. No biggy, Ill buy a new one, put it on and be good. After further inspection I noticed the stud was sheered off. As I checked the tire, I noticed that all 10 of the front lugs were not tightened down all the way. I know mistakes happen, its not a big deal. Instead of accepting responsibility and making it right, Bob claimed "normal wear and tear" for the sheered lug stud and shifted the financial responsibility on to a struggling single mother. Dont go here *EDIT* as soon as you make it right and replace the stud, Ill change my review Bob.
