I took my car in to fix my air conditioner and received a detailed explanation of why it was broken and how they planed to fix it. All costs were delivered over the phone up front before they began service, and I received an extremely detailed complimentary inspection. The results of the inspection were also discussed over the phone before any additional service was done on my car. In addition to that, everyone I spoke to from the time I made my appointment to the time I picked my car up was very friendly and addressed every question and concern I had. This is the only repair shop I’ve been to that I truly trust.

5 /5 David Parker: Friendly, honest, and professional. Great local shop. Oil change & a full inspection of the entire vehicle for a fair price. Shared pictures of things on the vehicle that needed service, and then called to walk me through everything. Worth the extra money compared to a Jiffy Lube or similar joint. Absolutely reccomended.

I had to get all brakes and rotors and calibers and when I tell you my car feels like it’s new, they did such a great job. Great customer service, time efficient and very detailed when it comes to letting you know what’s wrong with your vehicle. They treat your car as if it’s theirs and now they have 2 customers for life !!

Janine Fazio: This shop is very honest and trustworthy. I was told by my car manufacturer, thousands of dollars of repairs were necessary which I had a hard time believing were necessary. When I talked to Dayne, he looked at the supposed issues, and both issues identified by the dealer, were not what I was told. No leak at all in the AC hose, no oil leak and a basic AC charge is all that was needed. Service done the next day; I highly recommend the professionalism and work at this shop!

We’ve had a few times we’ve needed to stop in without an appointment and Keith has always been willing to take a look at what’s going on. Yesterday we came in for a strange noise - but we needed the car today. Even though they had a packed day in the shop, he not only figured out what was going on but he tracked down a difficult part, got me back to my house with my four little kids, and stayed past closing to get our car repaired. Our first experience with them was getting a second opinion on a very expensive repair quoted elsewhere - they found the root of the problem (simply a loose screw!) and didn’t even charge us. We have found them to be so helpful and dependable! They are hands down the best auto shop we’ve used. (As a side perk, their waiting room is very clean and comfortable!)
