Pamela Bramlett I cant tell you how relieved I am to have found these lovely people. I had two warning lights going off and something was beeping at me. Im on disability and a limited income so when something happens to my car its a huge stressor and the other guy in town looks like hes aggravated that he has to deal with me and my car, so I dread going there. EVERYONE at Temperly Auto is kind, professional and courteous. They were incredibly reassuring AND took care of the problem affordably and quickly. When I mentioned a problem with a loose back panel, they took an extra 30 minutes to secure it and repair a wire without even charging me. In this climate of dwindling customer service, its such a relief and pleasure to experience warm and personable civility in such a stressful situation. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

kenneth weinstock Went to Jiffy Lube in Dixon, Illinois. When I left they told me I was all set, no problems! When I got up the next day and days ahead, there was oil all over my driveway. I took my car back and the manager said I shouldn’t drive the car till I get all the oil leaks fixed. He told me that his district manager said to tell me that jiffy lube takes no responsibility for the leaks, even though I had no leaks when I got there. I feel they overfilled the oil and blew oil seals. I took my car to the dealer and it cost me over 2000.00 to fix the leaks. I was told by Corbin that the district manager would reach out to me the next day but he never did! I’m gonna stand outside there business with a sign saying my last oil change at Jiffy Libe here cost me over 2000.00 in repairs. Horrible the way they treated me! I’m looking for an attorney that’ll take the case. I’m Disabled and that extra money to fix it was all I had for the next 2 months.
