Jennifer Welch Last night I had an appointment that I went to in macomb il upon arrival I was not greeted anything took 5 mins for someone to even speak to me and ask what I needed , so I was suppose to me Donald but was pushed on to someone else and I don’t even recall his name, however after getting all my info he presented me with a 2010 suv had no air conditioning and was so filthy I wouldn’t even put a dog in it I test drove it. It was terrible before placing me in this vehicle he said my other option was a very small car wich he knew I needed an suv. After returning from my test drive I told him there was no air and how terrible the test drive was he then test drove it like he didn’t believe me and then said well we only have one other option he put me in an equinox I asked so many questions and wich he had no answers to after telling him I loved it thinking I would sign for it or drive away in it he then tells me banks closed we will call you in the morning when we open and it can also be delivered. I fell in love with the vehicle and still have yet to get a phone call can I get some answers please?

Bob Burgess I took my 77 Corvette there late 2021 to have some things fixed that others had cobbled previously to me owning it... they got the issues squared away... fixed the A/C and some other odds and ends. Its back to have a few other things fixed and Im sure they will be up to the task. Great communication and really fair pricing.

Brent Wilson Bought a vehicle from these people and before I got it home the engine was ruined from not having any oil in it. After having me take it to their mechanics at two different places the mechanics said was it was coming from internal and needed another engine so I then pulled the dipstick myself to find out there was no oil in it. They paid one of their body shop workers for the next almost 4 months to swap out the engine for another used engine in the truck I paid 4 months of payments on and couldnt even use so I asked the owner to reimburse me for at least 3 months of payments and he said I was out of line for asking such a question causing a major argument now they badmouthing my business all over town.

Brent Wilson Diagnosed my vehicle told me it was going to be about $2,700 and when I got it back the first time The bill ended up only being $2,300 almost $2,400 and multiple vacuum lines and electrical connectors were still unhooked and I now had an airbag light on and the vehicle still had the same problem that I took it there for to begin with. Long story short over the next year I took it to him multiple times was still no results then the last time I took it to him he left it sit outside for over a month so I asked him what was up with my truck and he told me I didnt make an appointment... Told him I paid him a year ago to fix my vehicle.. shouldnt have to make an appointment at this point and he just started screaming at me to get out of his building and to never come back and slammed his door in my face on my way out!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST, HE HAS THE WOOL PULLED OVER SOME PEOPLES EYES FOR NOW. We did it his way and it DIDNT WORK!!! What he should do, If hes any decent person at all is the right thing by saying hey give me a chance to make this right and he hasnt

Parts cost a little more but theyre better quality parts and its your car....which do you prefer? Pay $5 more now or pay $50 more a year from now.

Breanna Hagstrom They are super friendly and we’re helpful immediately! I took my car there that was broke for about 5 months, they took a look free of charge right away (i had a service engine report from autozone too) and have me an estimate! This was at about 3 o’clock and my car was fixed the next day by around 12! They also hooked me up with an oil change and brand new tires! Everything was very fairly priced and estimates were accurate and the total cost actually ended up being lower than the normal estimate! I love their service and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else while I’m at school. 100% recommend!

Josh Graybill Jrs garage is a place you could go to and feel like you could trust them. He does stand-up work. Took my van to get the air conditioning fixed. He went above and beyond to get it done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. He kept communication lines open. Give him a 10-star rating. Very trustworthy I would definitely be back when I need any more work done and I would recommend him to everybody I know

Nicole Driver I have been wanting a local mechanic for sometime. After reading many positive reviews on GOOGLE and the fact his business is next to my work place I decided to take my car to JR’s garage. First he is easy to talk to about what is going on with your ride. He is honest and reasonably priced. He works in the bitter cold winter and the stifling summer. I have used him twice now. Once to fix my muffler/exhaust leak and once for an oil change/reg service. At that time I asked him to look at my ac. He gave a diagnosis, did an estimate and didn’t charge extra. I encourage if you are looking for a mechanic in Macomb talk to Junior. I know I will be setting up my next appointment very soon

Emily Sharon I went to go get my oil changed last week and they said that my car couldnt use a blend. Which for starters, isnt true. Second, theyve filled my car with a blend oil and I have receipts to prove that so if thats true, that is a whole new problem since they knowingly put the wrong type of oil in my car. They wanted to overcharge me over $100 when the dealer price for full synthetic is under $80. Then when I mentioned all of this the workers began to get hostile and gaslight me telling me I dont know what I am talking about. I called customer service and talked to the rudest person I have ever talked to. He was dismissive and sarcastic of my issues and even told me "well I called the store and thats not what they said happened." Ive worked in customer service for years and you never say that to a customer! He refused to transfer me to his supervisor when I brought up that he was being extremely rude. He told me he "filed a complaint and I should get a call from the general manager in a day" which never happened, making me believe he never even filed a formal complaint. Its clear that the company feels fine with trying to take advantage of a young woman simply because they can. And when you have a terrible reputation in a small town, youre not going to get very much business and I see why the store is almost always empty. Rude workers and customer service representatives. I will not be coming back.

Trenton Henderson Took reservation over the phone all details were stated when I made my reservation that I was being my own used tires. When I got there they refused to do the service. Due to safety reasons which I understand but they use a call center and they should also have that information when booking appointments. Guys in store said no one in town would do that called one place and they said they would so maybe check your info before making claims.

Jeremiah Newsum 101 Corvette has been my biggest supporters in restoring my Foxbody. My dad had one when I was a kid but was killed for it on my 11th birthday. I don’t have all the money in the world and every place wanted $15,000-$20,000 to paint the damn thing. Well 101 Corvette worked things out with me and I now have my dream car fully painted and I’ve never been more grateful to anyone! If anyone ever needs anything I will always suggest 101 Corvette for all their paint and body work needs!

Tracy Walters I took my car here after my brother-in-law accidentally backed into it, denting the front bumper and scratching the paint. I was able to get an estimate quickly and for a fairly reasonable price. I took my car in on Monday and it was ready to go Wednesday. They not only did a great job on the bumper, but they also vacuumed my car’s floors and seats! I was very impressed with every aspect of this experience and would highly recommend them. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do I will definitely return.

Went there to get paint fixed and they did a beautiful job (and their quote price was hundreds of dollars less than the other auto body place in town). They were extremely accommodating with my schedule for drop off and pick up, very friendly, AND they washed my car! Ellie Geldean Moore Tires has the most exceptional service. I’ve gotten all of my oil changes & service from Moore tire since I turned 16 at the Rock Falls location. I was two hours away from home today, down in Macomb when my car was overheating & not working correctly. My dad made a few calls & I had someone over to look at my car, even after service hours. I can’t thank you all enough!

Josh Wray Easy to schedule service and pleasant staff. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I felt the service took way to long, but we stopped in for an emergency tire repair on a very busy day, so we just had to wait until they could fit us in.

Zoey Rhoades I’ll never come back here, or ever recommend anyone to ever go here. The only person who gets 5 stars was who delivered my truck to me. Everyone else & the service was terrible. Charged me around $1700 and didn’t even take the stickers off the tires. Claimed that I needed new lug nuts (for over $300), but in reality all but two were still perfect. Paid $30 for two lug nuts. All of it was way overpriced. Made an appointment for Wednesday (made over the weekend prior), arrived for my appointment in the morning and then was told my tires wouldn’t be in that day. A call to notify me of this prior to driving 45 minutes there would’ve been a nice thing to know. Had to come back the next day, which made for a huge inconvenience, considering we had other obligations we could no longer complete due to this.
