Zac White Called to have some tires swapped. Was told first come first serve. Not a problem. Dropped off at 7:45… Left and 8:15am and witnessed two other tire jobs comes in… go back at noon to watch both of the ones that came in after me pay there bill…. seems they pick and choose who comes in first… and when called out about it wanted to lie to me. Just be a man and own up to the shadiness.

The initial service included replacing brake pads and rotors, and they first inspected my car regarding the problems I was experiencing (I have a PDF of that inspection). Initially, the parking brake actuator was noted as okay, but after they installed the parts, I was informed that there was now a problem. The technician mentioned that the caliper was overextended, which caused complications with the brake sensor. This was surprising, especially since their initial inspection indicated everything was fine. After their service, I noticed a blinking park light on the dashboard, which was a new issue. Additionally, the inspection sheet reports a time of 12:30, yet I arrived at the shop at 1:30. I’m puzzled about how they completed the inspection before I even arrived. I expected a higher standard of care and thoroughness, particularly with such critical components of my vehicle. When I raised my concerns, the staff did not provide a clear solution or take ownership of the problem. It seems random that this issue arose after installation, leading me to suspect something was done incorrectly during the process. Now, they are asking me to pay $412.59 to fix the problem that emerged after their service, despite having already paid for the initial repairs that reflected on the inspection report. When i requested a new report that indicates the flashing light on my dashboard they ignored my request. I recommend potential customers to be cautious and ensure that all aspects of their vehicle are thoroughly checked and documented. I hope my experience helps others make informed decisions.

C. D. Came in for a tune-up and rotor and brake pads. MPG went down right away. Brake pads left awful black sooty dust. And rotors started wobbling within a few months. Less than 10,000 on rotors and pads and had to get them replaced again, nearly 500.00. Never going back there.

Alia Isa From the looks of the reviews it seems that they are very sometimey. Meaning, sometimes they will come through and other times they won’t ! Specifically in my experience they did not . After calling 3-4 times within the span of 2 hours they did not show even after telling me they would repeatedly. Jay Marie If could give them zero stars I would, please do not take your car here if you ever expect to get it back in a timely fashion. Not only do they take weeks for a standard oil change and diagnosis but the customer service is beyond unacceptable, thats when you can even get in contact with them. Save yourself the head and pain to your pocket because whatever pay them to fix when you finally do receive your vehicle back you will have to pay someone else to fix the same thing. JP BUILD I would recommend these fellas for anything needing fixed on your vehicle and let me tell you, they were friendly, honest, fast, thorough and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. They charged me WAAAY less than I expected, did more than I expected, installed new parts that were above what I would generally buy... This father son team is it when it comes to auto mechanics. If I could give them more than 5 stars, and if it cost me to do so, Id pay up to give them the extra stars!!! We will be taking all of our cars to them and I will stop doing work that I usually would do and hand them the business. Arturo Ramirez Jr Showed up early morning because my oil cap filter was leaking and I couldn’t get it off. They said they may be able to get to it that day based on if their appointments canceled. Well a few hours later they called me saying they got it replaced( I did have the replacement part already) and my oil changed. Charged me an extremely reasonable price and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The guys working there are professional, and courteous. 10/10

Emily Kraus Gillis John was really friendly and professional— switched my filter/changed my oil at a really reasonable price and accurately diagnosed a transmission problem (even went the extra mile to show me the gross filter). He informed me that my had a service bulletin on the issue he diagnosed and probably saved me tons of money by telling me to call Toyota first— helpful, knowledgeable guy. They definitely found a new customer! Dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by the afternoon.

Let us try: Tory, Brent, and their team turned around two of our vehicles very quickly that had major issues (all at once). Brent and his team are elbows deep in their customers vehicles and Tory is the garage office manager who makes scheduling and warranties so easy. They manage client relationships like family. The work is reliable. Brent explains issues very well and the prices cannot be beat. We will now only trust the Thomas Garage with our automotive needs.

Ken Slone Took in and told them I believe it was an alternator. They checked and said they found wiring chewed and bad. Okay no problem $274 paid. Car battery light came back on while in parking lot. I said alternator probably acting up still like I mentioned (This was after I drove up on a day off 50 min one way). New alternator replaced and time another $439. They would not give me a break at all on the bill. I could have done this for under $200 myself but didnt feel safe driving home on just the battery. Will not use these guys again.

They were very honest and up front on the path that needed to be taken to fix the problem.
