No one else does this, trust me, I have tried. When my mother passed from breast cancer? I had so much questionable jewelry and there was no one or where to go that would check it all, except Dave. He was there for me, professionally, and always has been. Dave is exceptionally generous. His son is also one of my very best friends. If I could cover all of the times that Dave was there for me as child? I would. How many times he put dinner on the table for me while I had none? How many times he stuck up for me to bullies? Terry Scott Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!

Ana Varsan Bad experience at all, don’t recommend. If you don’t want to lose your money and destroy your real gold jewelry. I took my real 14k gold Bracelet and after 1 week it turns in black color where they add their own “real” gold to repair my bracelet. When I come back to their horrible store he told me that I don’t have to put in salt water like pools for example. Are serios ,real gold doesn’t turn in black in any types of water , I’m wearing this Bracelet for 10 years and never turns in black now after 1 week , black - only fake gold but I paid for real 14 k gold.

Lorna Lynch I lost my father 3 months ago. My mom has been gone for 5 years. They didn’t have much to leave my brothers and myself, which none of us expected. My brother found my Dad’s will and in it he left me his wedding ring. It was gold and silver with a channel of 7 little diamonds. I didn’t want to just put it in a box and forget about it. So, this wonderful, sweet, professional jeweler , Dan, looked at the ring, asked what kind of setting I would like. I wasn’t sure but he came up with 3 settings to look at and the first one he put together was exactly what I was thinking about. He explained everything to me and after looking at my Dad’s ring, he called and spoke with me about price, which was extremely reasonable for a custom made ring, In order to keep price even lower, he said if I wanted to only use the silver, since I wanted the setting in silver, and he wasn’t sure that both the gold and silver could be used, I agreed to just have the silver and I would give the gold to them and the price would be less. When I went to pickup up the finished ring, he told me he had a surprise for me .After investigating things, he and his associate figured a way to use the gold and the silver from my Dad’s ring. In other words this totally different ring, was all created from everything in my Dad’s ring. It was very touching to me that the ring was different, but all of my Dad’s. I know he would be so pleased at the way it turned out. It won’t be in a box but I will wear it every day. Wild Cat Very clean, bright and cheery facility. All the staff were pleasant and professional. The manager, Fran was obviously the driving force behind the positive vibe of the store.
