3 /5 Jerry Camacho: This place has a very limited menu, mostly focused on pizza, but even the pizza pies have very few ingredients to choose from.
They also have a few other items, like soup, a couple of sandwiches and a house salad.
One of the ingredients that they offer is potatoes.
So I had to try a regular crust pizza with potato as an ingredient, and it was very good .
They have a regular crust pizza and what they call deep dish pizza, which by Chicago standards is definitely not even close to a deep dish.
Their deep dish is thicker on the edges, with a caramelized burnt crust, very thin towards the center of the pizza and a slightly sour acidic taste from the tomatoes and tomato sauce.
The crust is slightly crunchy, but chewy at the same time, resembling focaccia bread.
The staff is friendly and helpful in the process of making sure that you pick the right pizza for you and your guests.
I definitely encourage you to eat the pizza in their dining room, or a soon as possible, because once you reheated it tastes totally different.
