1 /5 Jennifer Wisnasky: I bought a meats pizza over $18. It barely had any toppings on it and was a sad looking pizza. Yes they was out of 2 toppings but they didnt substitute them with the ones they did have. I usually love Caseys pizza but the one in Carlinville sucks all the time

1 /5 McKenzie Boston: Ordered a thin crust meat galore, add banana peppers and got it delivered and had no banana peppers after I paid a up charge for them. Called them they said we will remake your order for you so then I had to go pick it up only to find out it was still wrong. I’ve had it with my wit ends how hard is it to make things right as the tickets says . They need better people working in kitchen who has less of an attitude about their job!

1 /5 Megan Eckelberry: Ordered delivery to the college today and when I got the text that the driver Brandon was almost here I called to figure out where he was there was no answer so we started driving around and saw the order sitting on a trash can outside of a building neither pizza had the garlic crust we paid extra for and no BBQ or ranch on top of the BBQ chicken pizza

1 /5 Calvin Vest: Ive given this location a lot of chances and tonight they used their last one. The customer service at this branch is severely lacking. The attendants do not act professionally and instead talk with their co-workers while checking out customers. The pizza has been inconsistent at best. The sausage pizza we ordered tonight was raw at the center and so greasy the crust looked wet. It shouldnt take 45 minutes to cook two medium pizzas when theyre (as the attendant told me) the only order currently in. Im about done going here, especially when theres half a dozen better pizza places and the shell down the block has better gas prices.

5 /5 Janet Wolfe: Staff is very polite and accommodating. Door Dash has messed up our orders a couple of times, but staff at this store handle those issues like pros. I especially like talking with Billy when I order my pizza. He is very attentive to details, from ensuring he gets my name right, to the specifics of the pizza. Teresa is doing a great job as manager to keep such friendly staff on board. Best pizza in town, in my opinion!
