Caseys - Vienna (IL)

5 /5 Shelley Iverson: Stopped at Casey’s in Vienna, Illinois to grab some gas and stretch my legs. Walked inside and was immediately greeted—super friendly staff. The place was very clean, well-stocked, and had pretty much anything you’d want for snacks. They’ve got a pizza station too, which is always a plus. I needed a little help while I was there, and the staff was quick and kind about it—no attitude, just good people. Of course, I grabbed a sweet tea (my road trip tradition), and while it was decent, it’s definitely not Georgia sweet tea… but hey, we’re not in Georgia, so there’s that!

5 /5 Eduard C Hanganu: Nice gas station. The cashier is personable. The bathroom is clean and neat. There is a large assortment of snacks in the store.

3 /5 M. S.: All Caseys, not only this one have been disappointing lately. While their staff is friendly and greets you as you come in the door, the reliability of having pizza ready has severely declined. I stop in often to various stores in the wide area I work in and almost always theyre are very few if any pieces of pizza available. Always told we have some in the oven, can you wait 5 - 10 minutes? I have always stopped in because it was a great place to grab a good piece of pizza quickly but now am wasting time to stop in and find nothing in the warmer.

4 /5 Brandy Nelson: Depending on whos working will be the quality of your food order. Which is typical and I expect that anywhere I go to eat. But Id say there is a drastic difference here. If Daniel is working, Id bet you money that your food is going to keep you coming back to Caseys every single time. Hes the best cook there by far. I wont name names but there are some that just care nothing of what you are putting into your mouth and the hard earned money youre giving to eat the food they made. Ive had cheese bread sticks that were hard to bite through around the edges but the dough still partially uncooked throughout the center. It was absolutely awful. Uncooked dough is just nasty. But to be honest, Id still pick it over McDonalds any day!!!!!!!!!!

5 /5 Sandy Duke: Clean store, restrooms always clean. Friendly employees, hot food for takeout or call ahead orders. Deli sandwiches ready to go. Delivery or pickup inside or curbside options. Dont forget to get a rewards card because it is totally worth having, you can earn in store "cash" on your card or donate to school and best yet save money on gas per gallon!!!
