1 /5 Ryan Mills: We called to complain that we were not happy with the quality of our food ($40+ order). They refused to remake our food, but did offer a refund. When returning the food, the cook came out from the kitchen and stated that they “serve hundreds of people and never have any complaints.” Then, he scrutinized the few bites taken out of the dishes, asked for the phone number associated with the order, and banned us from ever ordering there again.
The food here has gotten worse and worse over the past 2 years, and they’ve become increasingly unapologetic in addressing complaints.
