5 /5 Susan Parker: Great McDonalds in a cute little town in Monticello, IL! Clean and fast! Love the huge grainaries overshadowing the restaurant!

1 /5 Dillon Nelsen: North of 50% of the time our orders are wrong. The average wait time is over 10 minutes with bad examples being 20 plus. It’s embarrassing. The singular reason this store is still getting business is there is no competition around here. It’s so sad what this McDonald’s has become and the town talks about it don’t think it’s a few disgruntled people

1 /5 Nathan Emmert: Just ordered 2 chicken strip meals in the drive thru...got 2 cheeseburgers and 1 fry instead. Dont worry, the receipt and drinks were correct, just not the food.

1 /5 Kaite lynn: I order my food and it almost took thirdly minutes to get my food I order two drink and a double quarter pounder and one fry and instead of doing there job they where looking at a screen and saying good job guys instead of work

1 /5 Rachel: Since their phone is not working I guess Ill leave a review. I ordered a Mcdouble only Mac sauce and shredded lettuce. Was missing the cheese.. please train your employees properly. Cheese still comes on a Mcdouble if its plain so why would this be any different?
