5 /5 Katrina Hill: Updating previous review from last weeks bad experience. I truly understand places having a “bad” night and that’s exactly what happened. Later that evening, the general manager reached out to me by calling my phone and apologizing for our experience and explained what happened. He offered us a free pizza for future order. Today, we took up that offer. Like I said, I understand being short staffed and things not going the greatest, so we decided to give them another shot… we ordered the exact order as last time. Pizza was here in great time and was delicious!! The general manager even reached back out to me and thanked us for giving them another try and let me know the pizza was on the way. Thank you Cole! We appreciate the great customer service you have given us!
Ordered pizza tonight about 6:17… estimated delivery was 7:00-7:10. No probem, seems pretty typical for a Saturday night as I understand it was probably busy. 7:22 on rolled around and I figured I should maybe call and check on why it’s still not delivered. She put me on hold… got back on phone and said pizza is in oven and will be here within 20 minutes. 8pm it was FINALLY delivered… 40 minutes later. We waited for 1 hour and 43 minutes for a 14 inch pepperoni pizza with extra cheese that we paid $28 for that BARELY had cheese in it when it was delivered and all the sauce was in the middle of the pizza. Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this place again.
