2 /5 Kyla Williams: I loved this place. I would go twice or even three times a week and order the same thing, a small smores flurry with no chocolate chips because they would always add WAY too much. It was never consistent but that was okay for me, they were really nice and quick.
But after this last experience I was done. When she handed me what I ordered it had two large chunks of ice cream hanging off the side and it was dripping everywhere. She asked me if I needed napkins, which in the end I never got. My total was $13 so I gave a $50, it was all I had. I waited an extra 5 minutes for my change, which is not why I’m complaining, but it could’ve been faster. My destination was the apartment complex like a minute away, but when I got there my cup holders were FILLED with ice cream. To think that they would think it’s okay to hand this stuff to a customer. I support small businesses with a passion, I love them. Especially with how things are going right now, but this was horrible. I expect better. Please start thinking about the customers and doing better.
