4 /5 Manja Petrov: We went to The VIG during happy hour on a weekday. It was a bit rowdy and noisy for a weekday, but that’s understandable given the pre-rush hour crowd. We sat at the bar and the service was attentive and friendly.
We tried the lobster deviled eggs, southern fried chicken with fries, and an espresso martini. The fried chicken and fries were absolutely on fire—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The lobster deviled eggs, while tasty, were a bit of an understatement compared to the rest of the meal. The espresso martini was excellent, smooth and well-balanced.
Overall, it was a fun spot with great food and drinks, though the noise level might not be for everyone. I’d definitely come back, especially for the fried chicken and cocktails.
