We are out of town, trying to make reservations, and in a perfect situation for someone to take advantage of us. Bob diagnosed and fixed the problem as well as finding another issue, and charged us a very reasonable fair labor rate!! This was more than just a repair. Its a shame that our small town runs so many businesses out of town because of rent, but Im sure that Bittle Automotive will do well anywhere because they do great work and Russ is a good and honest man.

ron sparks Adam got there almost before AAA hung up. Worked very safe. My trailer had blown a tire and damaged the fender. The next morning he had already located 2 tires. He took me in his truck to get the new tires on the rims. Then pulled the fender out and installed the new tail light. Great job! God bless yall!

Adam was not only knowledgeable and friendly, he made sure Evan knew how to treat a customer correctly. It was great to see Adam take his time and do a great job changing my battery. I had a lot of corrosion on my line and he even cleaned that for me. Great service! And it was $30 cheaper than the battery I was quoted across the street. Thank you Adam!

S T Carlyle Napa has made a customer for life. Five stars isnt enough! They went through so much work and helped so much putting on my new wipers that were a somewhat odd make. All the staff tried to help and worked well together. I cant say enough about how great their customer service is!!! Also the store is clean and the prices are great. Never again will I go to one of the big box stores for automotive needs. Also they offer a 10% student discount! If you want superior service and to avoid any headaches stop by there.
