5 /5 Sherrie Jeffers: Goodness gracious! What an answer to PRAYER Bob and Kayla are to us today!! We are traveling from Georgia and had a problem with our transfer case on our Jeep. We are out of town, trying to make reservations, and in a perfect situation for someone to take advantage of us. Bob diagnosed and fixed the problem as well as finding another issue, and charged us a very reasonable fair labor rate!! This was more than just a repair. This renewed my faith in the goodness of God and that good people still remain on this earth!! Thank you, Bob and Kayla!!! 5 /5 Stacey Melton: Needed oil cooler replaced. Oil had mixed into coolant system. This was first time going to Crippen. They absolutely exceeded expectations! They replaced oil cooler, flushed/cleaned out radiator NUMEROUS times to clear out what looked like a "peanut butter bomb" had gone off in radiator! Also, replaced a bad thermostat we were unaware of.(did not charge us for labor on that or numerous radiator flushes) Completed job in one day-Very Grateful, this is our only vehicle & hubbys means for work. Fantastic work, Quick, Amazing communication throughout! Very friendly! Highly recommend. This is the only place well ever take our vehicle for service for life.
