5 /5 Amaya W: When making my online appointment, I selected to drop my car off before work. They called me shortly after the shop opened and got my approval to do an inspection (broken AC). Called not even 2 hours later with a full inspection of my vehicle and a broken down quote to fix the problem. I did not go forward with getting work done here but I think it is notable how smooth the appointment process was and how thorough communication is within the facility itself.

5 /5 Matt Szucko: Bottom line up front: Ive taken my girlfriends car to them twice now and theyll be my first call if I need work in the future on hers, or any of my cars that I cant do myself. Theyre professional, reasonable, and responsive. The most recent visit was to get the AC working in a VW Golf (control solenoid valve needed to be replaced). I do all my own work but I dont have the reclaim equipment so I gave them a call and they accommodated me by offering to evac the system, let me take it to do the work, and then bring it back to do the charge. They also provided a quote to do all of the work for me while I was still on the phone, advised me of the benefits of replacement, but didnt push any up-sell when I said I understood. I dropped the car off on the night of day 1, they had the car ready for pickup on day 2, and since I was busy with work they were able to take payment over the phone and leave the key for me in a lockbox on the night of day 4. I did the repair and dropped it back off still on the night of day 4, and the system was charged on day 5. Car picked up the same day and everything worked! The thing thats really solidified them as my go-to now was how they handled a mistake. I want to stress that I have no reason to believe they make frequent mistakes, but just that everyone is going to make a mistake on a long enough timeline and you should never really judge a business until youve seen how they handle them: On the night of day 2 they left one of the windows on the VW slightly cracked (100°+ weather!) and it rained. They called me first thing on day 3, told me what happened, and while nothing was soaked they had sent the car to be detailed immediately so there would be no chance of mold. They didnt get defensive, answered all my questions, and when I asked about electronics they said theyd test everything in the door and cover any issues. When we got the car on day 4 we couldnt even tell anything had happened: no damage, no smell, no issues, and we were impressed. This shop is the real deal, and that is very rare at this point. Im happy, my wallet is happy, the girlfriend is happy, her cats are happy, and you should take your car to them.

2 /5 Robert Milner: Pretty simple measure of quality of service. Does a repair shop properly torque your lug nuts... Not here... Mine were torgued to 180-200 ft lbs. Spec is 80 ft lbs. How would anyone fix a flat on the road with lug nuts over torqued by more than double? I shutter to think what other bolts arent properly being torqued. I wont be back.
