5 /5 Jennifer Siow: I was on a road trip when my car starting having issues on the interstate. We coasted to the Exit 41 ramp, where I called for a tow truck and ended up down the road at Streuters Autocare. Pat, Kevin, and James were working that day and they were all so kind and welcoming to me. Kevin was able to look at my car shortly after I brought it in, but unfortunately, it was worst case scenario and required a new engine. Given my car’s age and mileage, we decided to save the repair money for a new vehicle. Once we decided that, Kevin and Pat even helped me arrange a local sale so it wasn’t such a loss.
Throughout the whole ordeal, everyone at Streuters was exceptionally kind and understanding. These folks helped turn a bad situation into a much better one and I am beyond grateful for their kindness. If I lived in or around Okawville, I would 100% take my vehicles to Streuters for maintenance and repairs!
