Abigail Ringstrom If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tommy and Mark fixed my car when my friend and I were stranded in a parking lot an hour away from home. We had called several mobile mechanics who were telling us it would be over 2 hours before they could arrive. When I called Wilsons, I spoke with Dani who was so kind and Mark and Tommy agreed to work overtime in 90 degree heat to help me out. It was going to cost an arm and a leg to tow it back home, but Tommy and Mark graciously fixed it in about an hour and a half for almost the same price a tow would cost. Thank you so much, Wilsons! Great work, fair pricing and fabulous customer service.

Uriel Rios I came in to have the starter replaced on my 2013 Honda Civic. After calling around, I found that $240 for labor was a fair price, and that’s what I was quoted here. I made it clear to the older gentleman at the counter that I had already purchased the starter and only needed it installed. I even left the part on the front passenger seat.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t communicated to management and I was charged $495 for both parts and labor. When I brought this up with the woman at the front desk, she said she hadn’t been informed of the prior arrangement. As a result, I had to return my original starter—losing out on the lifetime warranty in the process. While the shops part came with a 2-year warranty, it’s still not the same.
The labor itself seems solid so far, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. But the lack of communication, no apology, and no offer to make things right left a bad impression, especially as a first-time customer. A disappointing experience overall.
