Zina Young Leaving on vacation and the Marion Sams had the tires I needed. Its an hour away from my home in Paducah, Kentucky, but the Sams here couldnt get them in time. After they mounted them, they said I needed an alignment badly. I didnt want to drive an hour back to my hometown and then put 2000 miles on a new set of badly aligned tires. Sams highly recommended Rodgers. I called them, got worked in quickly and the price was more than reasonable. Dustin Pritchett knew my entire situation and he could have charged me a high price because I was clearly in a vulnerable position. These are solid dudes who are trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I sat in their waiting room, (I had no other choice based on my circumstances), and heard Dustins interactions in person and on the phone with various customers. This young dude was solely bent on doing whatever possible to take care of these people. Five Star service and expertise!

Schroeder’s Media Blasting Absolutely incredible shop! From start to finish A1 service. We were driving from Michigan to Houston and stopped halfway for a last minute oil change. They got us in right away! Full service diesel oil change in and out in about 35 minutes. Nick and Dustin were wonderful. Personable and extremely knowledgeable. Quick stop off the highway, fair prices already and still offered a military discount! Clean restrooms, snacks and great coffee are a plus! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Don’t think twice, make these guys your spot!

Max Russell I had my wife’s 2018 Cadillac XTS transmission repaired by the recommendation of nephew. The car was there for 1 month June 21 to July 23 getting repairs. $1000 down $2,296 on completion. The cost was over $3,200. A warranty was given. Later a shifting problem was with the transmission that Grisham said would take approximately 4 hours to repair. It is now October 1, 2024. The warranty don’t show credibility since all other his customers have shown priority. Completing the paid repair on my transmission don’t hold priority with him because he’s been paid.. We are now pending going into the 3rd month of an incomplete repair of my transmission.He finally started the warranty work that he claims was to take 4 hours. Wife was concerned he would keep the car as did in the past. He finally scheduled to began Monday the 7th. At that time he began the 4 hour repair October 7th. During repair he broke a part on fuse block he needed to order. Part was delayed and reordered. Part arrived October 15th. He informed my wife he would finish car sometime during the week. The 4 hours is going on 2 weeks. Grisham is not a man of his word. He is a crook that claims to be honest. He will not get a recommendation from me and you would be wise avoid this man.

I still had to get to where I was headed and they were able to drive me to enterprise to rent a vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle looked at and fixed. The folks at Hales went above and beyond! They made a bad situation very manageable and helped me out so much.

Flash BK Am so happy to have Patrick work on my truck today, he was nice and experienced, as soon as I got in, he took his tools and asked me to release breaks and went to check. I was told its ABS valve yesterday, which was gonna take 3-5 days to come in. But upon this check the following day, it was determined it was NOT and took him 30 minutes to fix the issue. Karley Noelle take your car here if you want them to hold onto it for 1/4 of a year & then not even repair it correctly. Scratch & corrosion & hail damage were all acquired while at Marion Collision Center. Kim the receptionist also told me “i clearly don’t understand how anything works” & laughed at me while i was crying. Last 2 photos are before & after of my hood, which is now crooked & i can fit my finger through it.

Ken K I cannot say enough about Jim and the service he provides. Besides being very good at what is does, he is also a pleasure to work with. I have 1992 mustang in my garage that would not start. Jim painstakingly took the time to troubleshoot an issue others might of given up on. He finally narrowed it down to the ECM. Once the new computer was installed, the mustang started like a champ. Jim also took the time to replace the fuel pump relay, change the oil and replace the spark plugs. All down at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend his service.

Muse M Answered positively, worked with me to fix my alternator. Took week and half wait but better then 2-3 weeks quoted from other mechanics. Fair prices and even suggest tune up soon (which my car needs). But great customer service, faster then I thought. Will respond to text messages too which is amazing!

philip lampley You have to watch them on cabin air filters. They will tell you that you need one when you don’t. There was a warning on the internet about dealers doing this. It’s. $45 dollar expense you probably don’t need. They will show you an air filter with a mouse hole in it. Somehow two that was shown to me looked exactly alike. You can buy your own for half that price.

Debbie Ryals Car wash doesnt seem to be tibsing as well, as I find suds when Im drying it out back after but SO glad its open again and free with my car purchase!
