5 /5 Flash BK: Am so happy to have Patrick work on my truck today, he was nice and experienced, as soon as I got in, he took his tools and asked me to release breaks and went to check. I was told its ABS valve yesterday, which was gonna take 3-5 days to come in. But upon this check the following day, it was determined it was NOT and took him 30 minutes to fix the issue. 5 /5 Jennifer Miller: We ran over a screw at 630 on a Saturday night coming out of the Finish Line car wash-, ran over to wm tire center and they wouldnt help us( even though we bought the tires there last yr)because it was almost closing time and they only had one guy working, so we went over to Vernells and pulled in, the mechanic Jerry, looked at the tire, said sure I will help you. Said itd be just a few minutes. He got us fixed up quickly and we were back on the road again. I wont forget how worried I was about my tire going flat and Vernells fixed us up quickly and got us back on our way. Thank you!!!! There arent many good ones around like this anymore, professional and caring about the customer!
