1 /5 JOSE GARCIA: The morning of 28 MAR 2024, My mother took her vehicle to this place because there was an oil leak on the engine. The head gaskets needed replacing and there was a leak in her exhaust. The tech who received the car reassured her that they would take a look at it that day. This is my mother’s only mode of transportation so leaving her car for the day was very limiting for her. The first day went by and no call. All day Friday no call. My mother tried calling and leaving texts and no answer. All day Saturday no answer either. Sunday they were closed so we didn’t expect news. Monday comes and I decide to take my mother to the shop to figure out what’s going on. To our surprise the tech who attended us told us that they had lost the keys… No work had been done to the car. My mother asked if she was calling the right number and he bluntly replied “yes” without offering an explanation or anything as to why they weren’t answering her. It also never occurred to them to notify her of the status, they may have been trying to conceal the fact that they had lost the keys in the first place. They were very rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent that they had inconvenienced my mother. Thankfully she had a spare key so we decided to take the car elsewhere. It has been about a week and we have had no news on the keys that they lost nor did they offer any apology. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I would highly discourage anyone from taking their vehicle to this shop.
