Michelle Rogers Hes always busy. Love the work he does and affordable. Unfortunately I went and he went on vacation. I had no choice and got stuck paying F&F tire price. Im truly broke and something else needs to be fixed. I am waiting for Ellis to come back. Never had been ripped off or had bad work. Sure its not super clean but Im getting my car fixed not getting surgery. Greg bo Tough to get an appointment because theyre booked out so far. We were looking for a new mechanic and decided to try these folks based on the reviews and the fact theyre close by. They solved the immediate problem and found some other serious issues that are going to take a while to sort out but they are working with us to get it done. So far Im impressed with the level of customer service and rates seem reasonable. Ill probably upgrade to 5 stars if things continue to go well.

They also pay attention to the state of your vehicle and give you options to save the most money rather than trying to get you to pay for repairs that might not be worth it in the end, something I havent really encountered much with mechanics! JOSE GARCIA The morning of 28 MAR 2024, My mother took her vehicle to this place because there was an oil leak on the engine. The head gaskets needed replacing and there was a leak in her exhaust. The tech who received the car reassured her that they would take a look at it that day. This is my mother’s only mode of transportation so leaving her car for the day was very limiting for her. The first day went by and no call. All day Friday no call. My mother tried calling and leaving texts and no answer. All day Saturday no answer either. Sunday they were closed so we didn’t expect news. Monday comes and I decide to take my mother to the shop to figure out what’s going on. To our surprise the tech who attended us told us that they had lost the keys… No work had been done to the car. My mother asked if she was calling the right number and he bluntly replied “yes” without offering an explanation or anything as to why they weren’t answering her. It also never occurred to them to notify her of the status, they may have been trying to conceal the fact that they had lost the keys in the first place. They were very rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent that they had inconvenienced my mother. Thankfully she had a spare key so we decided to take the car elsewhere. It has been about a week and we have had no news on the keys that they lost nor did they offer any apology. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I would highly discourage anyone from taking their vehicle to this shop.

tim nelson Have been coming here for a long time, usually happy, until now. Had vibrations in front suspension and steering wheel movement. They had the vehicle for a week, spent $300 on rental car. The repair bill was almost $400, NO parts replaced, they were able to "fix" the bad part. I drove it home and had the same issues. Spoke to Joe he told me my tires were bad. Had the tires rotated and surprise no more problem.

Kirk Morrow 12/19/2022: Im traveling through Rockford from west central Minnesota to Detroit. Halfway into the trip my steering becomes scary and unsafe. I get a hotel and call around to find a repair shop. Best case Im looking at a week before I can get an appointment due to low staff. I called Jon and Louis and they were able to get me in and fixed within 4 hours from my initial call. Very impressed with both of them and extremely appreciative of them getting me in so soon. Great job and I wish I could bring all my cars to them but Im 400 miles away. Thanks again Jon and Louis!!!! Have a great New Year!!

Maximus Prime Victor and ray at speedy Autocare are one of the best mechanics in town. it only costed approximately 4500 to have the motor replaced in my best friends Chrysler 200. they also gave us a loan on the repairs for the manifold which was the part that blew the gasket to blow the motor in the first place. all together it costed close to 4500$. i will tell you and promote speedy Autocare to fix your own vehicle also. They also do extensive good body detail work on broken cars too and charge less than the average business in town.

Natasha Cunningham This shop is full of scammers I would give zero stars. I originally took my vehicle because I rear ended someone and also asked for my exhaust to be fixed. Not only did they not fix my exhaust my insurance approved to fit my ac condenser which they claimed to fixed but isn’t working and when asked for proof of purchase they couldn’t provide any. The owner or whoever Ray is doesn’t have any morals or integrity he’s a liar and he knows I know they just scammed me so when I was leaving clearly upset he says “have a blessed day”.They’ll be out of business in not time!!!!!!!

Aseriah Simmons Clearly they deserve ZERO Stars. STOP! RUN! Do not get your car repaired here! Either they intentionally rip off women or they are idiots; either way do not allow them to work on your car! I towed my car to them not knowing exactly what the problem was ( first mistake thinking that they would be honest) and after spending nearly $500.00, in unnecessary repairs, they call me and tell me that there was a crack in the starter. What mechanic would not know this first? I asked them if the car could start, so I can drive it to the mechanic that recently put the starter on the car because, it was under warranty, I was told "yes." I get there to take the car and the car doesnt start. SERIOUSLY?!!! So, I tow the car to the shop that had done the repairs and I was informed that the engine was bad. Are you telling me that SPEEDY was unable to diagnose a locked engine or a cracked starter before doing $500.00 of REPAIRS?!!!! Like I said, either they are mechanics that take advantage of women or they are idiots, either way stay AWAY!
