The initial interaction with the gentleman when I dropped and requested additional service to be completed, was a bit strange as he asked me why I want my cabin filter changed. I was there an oil and oil filter change. So I was thrilled about that, but upon my return to pick up my vehicle, I was very pleased with the interaction of the gentleman that was finishing the transaction and updates to what had been found and provided with a time line to address a few things before it gets late into the season. Which was very helpful. Much better customer service experience at pickup.
