1 /5 Tiffany McCluskey: Went to Adams Body Works do to hitting a dear on 2/14 i took my vehicle the very next day to Adam who said he would get it done quickly.
A month went by and i ran out of days on my rental due to the length of time he was taking. He said there was a parts shortage and it was taking forever to get the right parts which i understood.
Then the day he said my car would be done he calls me to inform me that he DID NOT COMPLETELY ASSESS MY VEHICLE and it had more wrong with it than he had checked. Not only had i told him that the airbag sensor had gone off THE LIGHT WAS ON WHEN YOU STARTED THE VEHICLE. He went on to tell me IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOTALED. But my insurance had already paid over half the value of the car to fix it because of his lack of care in my body work. Mind you he found this AFTER HE HAD ALREADY FIXED THE ENTIRE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE.
This then took TWO more weeks after i ran out of my rental days.
Do not go to this company. They clearly have no care for their customers or the vehicles they are putting on the road only money.
